Masala Papad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 Richbite papads
  • 1 medium-sized tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped (optional)
  • Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying (if using fried papad) or you can roast the papad
Instructions:
Prepare the Papads:

You can either roast the papads on an open flame or microwave them until they are crisp. If you prefer, you can also deep-fry them in hot oil until they are golden and crisp. Set aside.

Prepare the Topping:

In a bowl, mix the chopped tomato, onion, cucumber, and green chilli. Add the chaat masala, red chilli powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix everything well.

Assemble the Masala Papad:

  • Place the prepared papad on a serving plate.
  • Evenly spread the prepared topping mixture over the papad.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.

Serve:

Serve immediately as a crunchy and flavorful snack.
