Shipping and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation:

Once the order has been placed by the customer, they cannot be cancelled. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order at our sole discretion. Reasons for order cancellation may include products out of stock or any extraordinary circumstances. If the order is cancelled by us, we will issue the refund within 15 business working days.  

Processing and Modification:

All orders placed on our website will be processed within 1-5 business working days. If you wish to edit the order information like contact details or address, please reach out to us and we will be able to help you out if the order has not been processed yet. However, we will not be able to modify the items in your order. 

Shipping:

All orders will be dispatched and delivered within 1-7 business working days after processing. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your order's weight and selected delivery method. To find out the shipping charges, please add items to the cart and proceed to the checkout page. At the checkout page, shipping charges will be displayed for your review.
